From where I am from,corruption is a rampant activity. As proof of that we are in the top 10 most corrupt governments by Time magazine.
My answer would be yes and no,I guess on a city scale I would admit that our governing officials are corrupt from police enforcer to the governor. Then again you would see the progress of the city, cleaner streets, fewer crimes, more establishment being erected and more jobs being offered. I guess in that standpoint corruption is welcome.

On the other plain corruption with no progress on the land being ruled is simply not welcome. I dare not to elaborate more.Might cause a swearing frenzie on my keyboard.
